Birchbox July 2013

I just got back from vacation and when I got home I had a ton of packages waiting for me.  One of them, was my July Birchbox!

I was so excited to rip into this box because the spoiler video and the box reviews I had seen so far, were pretty amazing!

I think that this is definitely one of the best Birchboxes that I have ever gotten and I have been a subscriber for 15 months, so thats a lot of boxes to compete with.

Let me show you what I got:

 I love the new inside packaging, it is so cute!

This month's theme was "Power Play" it was supposed to be loosely based off of the show Suits, I don't really see that much of a connection, but I won't complain because I loved this box.

 Loving all of the colors!

 First thing I pulled out was a ModelCo Party Proof lipstick, it is (based off of the description) matte, long-lasting, and nondrying.  I don't own many lipsticks so I can't wait to try this one, it looks beautiful so I hope it is a good color for me.

 I got it in the color Peony, it is a gorgeous hot pink-ish color.

 Next, was the purminerals Color Correcting Primer, it is supposed to mask pores and blemishes (it is a brightening primer) and it is paraben-free which is always great.

 Next, is the Dr. Jart+ Ceramidin Cream, it repairs skin damage and it is supposed to be amazing for dry sensitive skin, which I have.  I really hope this works well on my skin because it has gotten really dry in some spots since my visit to Maine.

 This is really cute, I like these containers a lot and I use them to gift small presents.

 I dumped out the package and there were 3 sample packets in there.

 First, there was a Frais Towelette, it is a makeup removing wipe.  I am not super excited to try this but makeup wipes are always useful, I will save this for when I go back to school.

And last but not least, are two very large Body Drench Quick Tan Tanning Lotions.  I am going to be trying one of these packets out today because I am going to the pool on Wednesday and I don't want to show up looking pale.

All in all, this has been a great box filled with 5 things I want to try.  I love Birchbox!
